Dubai, September 3, 2021 — Zee Studios has announced that it is teaming up with SaaS NFT marketplace provider NFTically in order to release its very first NFT, and it has chosen to do so on the Polygon PoS. Zee Studios is a popular film studio and household name in India, and it is known for distributing films across genres, budgets and languages. This sets the stage for the entertainment industry in India to follow suit, opening up an exciting new market for companies and consumers alike.
Zee Studios was established in 2012 and is a subsidiary of the Essel Group. It has released many films and is well known in the Indian entertainment industry. However this marks the first time that the company is leveraging blockchain technology to offer its fans a one of a kind NFT in the form of a signed poster from one of its films. Being promoted is “Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari,” a film about a wedding detective, and the NFT is available now through the “Zee Studios Collection,” all powered by NFTically.
